Camilla, who has skillfully led the Centre since August 2018, was initially set to complete her term in August 2025. This extension is a testament to her exceptional leadership and the significant impact she has made on CAS.

Camilla is a professor of philosophy at the University of Oslo, and back in 2015/2016, she co-led the CAS project Disclosing the Fabric of Reality: The Possibility of Metaphysics in the Age of Science alongside Frode Kjosavik, professor at NMBU. The project explored the realm of metaphysics, addressing profound questions about the nature of reality. Central to their research was the premise that such complex metaphysical questions are answerable through the development of appropriate philosophical methods.

We're thrilled to have Camilla continue her journey with us. Her vision and guidance have been invaluable, and we eagerly anticipate the further development of CAS under her leadership.
